Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

Dr. Jim is a preferred provider on most insurance plans.

Dr. Jennifer is Out-of-Network on all plans. Full payment is required at time of service for Dr. Jen however our office will submit claims on your behalf when possible

We are currently accepting New Patients however we do periodically close our new patient panel to direct referral only from existing or former patients or medical providers with whom we have a working relationship.
